- A $100 deposit is due at time of registration. 
- Deposit is non-refundable after 30 days.
- Full payment is due by July 1, 2026.

Note on pricing: 

Our hope is to break even annually. 

We rent out the entire campus, pay for all the food (premium quality!), provide all bedding, all meals, all activities, and campus staffing (from Camp Daniel). We also provide travel for all of our pros. 
 

We ask you to consider while other confernces may be less expensive, they do not include lodging and all food (4 meals/day!), coffe bar, bedding, etc.

At the 4th annual retreat in 2026 we piloted an online-option that was a smashing success! 
Cost: $100.
